Eco-Conscious

As a small family owned brand, we do not have venture capital money to roll out everything at once. Vailetier was created to be an eco-conscious brand, providing refills is one way to lessen the contribution to landfills. Refills will become available soon. We appreciate your patience with us.

Each quarter we donated to a new cause. Check out our Giving Back 1% page for the current organization we are donating to as well as previous organizations.

- Our primary packaging is recyclable (working on refillable products next)
- We produce in small batches
- Our mailers are made with at least 50% recycled content and recyclable
- Secondary packaging is recyclable
- Donating 1% of sales to organizations that either help animals, the planet, our communities. We would love to hear about your favorite nonprofits & charities!
As mentioned before we are a small business with no venture capital so at the moment we are limited, but we are committed to strengthening our sustainability claim as we move forward. Below is a list of our next steps.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing, and around 3-10 for shipping. If you ordered during the weekend or on a holiday please allow for processing to start the following business day.

If you email us as soon as possible, we will definitely try our best to change that for you. (include your order number) But if it has already been processed, you should contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Email us as soon as possible. Make sure the email subject contains your order number. Send us a photo of what you received and mention what you were supposed to get. We will try our best to rectify the situation.

Please contact us here, and include your order number. Do not throw the product away as we will ask for photos in a follow up email. So sorry for that inconvenience!!

Please allow USPS 1-3 days to deliver after receiving that notification. Unfortunately USPS probably notified you its been delivered when it wasn't just yet. If after 3 days it still hasn't been received please contact your local USPS branch for further assistance.

We currently ship within the United States. It is a goal to ship internationally in the future!
